BUDDY SCHEME

KCLBMS is proud to announce the launch of the Buddy Scheme which pairs first-year students with experienced mooters.

WHY?

The Buddy Scheme was brainstormed while thinking of ways to promote inclusivity within our society and has the overarching aim of connecting students with other students. Furthermore, we believe that the best learning takes place when talking to our peers, and giving first-year students a non-intimidating avenue to clarify any mooting questions encourages them to be more active within the society. Buddies can provide support for each other by keeping in touch either online or in-person, and is a good way for members to network and make new friends.

TIMELINE:

The scheme will last from October to June, with our in-person introductory event taking place shortly after the applications close.
